The Enfield Caribbean Association luncheon club will now be totally free to all current members and new attendees from January 6th to March 17th 2023 (up to the capacity of our Green Towers rooms).

In addition to seated exercise (12.15pm), the luncheon club provides a delicious two-course hot Caribbean lunch (1.15pm).

The luncheon club takes place on the first three Fridays of each month, at Green Towers Community Centre, 7 Plevna Rd, London N9 0BU (behind Edmonton Green shopping centre).

The Enfield Caribbean Association has successfully applied for a grant from Enfield Council's Household Support Grant - designed to support Enfield residents during the winter months. This will allow us to provide our luncheon club free to all who attend.

According to ECA Trustee, Cedric Levy, “This is superb news. We provide our elders an opportunity to socialise, games and an age-appropriate exercise class in a warm, safe, welcoming environment.

Furthermore, we have regular activities, guest speakers and entertainers such as local choirs and JazAnne Arts performances. Our speakers are experts in their field and can offer useful information and advice - past presentations have covered health and estate planning.”
