As a Charity organisation whose aim is to promote the interests, wellbeing and quality of life for all people of Caribbean descent living in Enfield, one of our main priority is to improve the life chances of our young people. As such, it’s important that young people are involved and engaged with decision-making process of the ECA.

The ECA is interested in recruiting two young people between the ages of 16 – 25 to become members of their Committee.

As a member of the Committee you will have the opportunity to inform and influence the ECA’s decisions on matters that affect young people in the Borough. In addition, you will gain the opportunity to acquire additional experience and skills.
