Enfield Caribbean Association (ECA) worked closely with StreetWatch Edmonton on a joint project called Together Our Community Survives (TOCS). We identified our vulnerable elders who needed to shield themselves from the virus. Volunteers delivered hot food, groceries and some key essentials to our vulnerable elders, throughout the Spring and Summer 2020.
