The Council has published the draft Enfield Local Plan: 2019-2039 for public consultation, and we are keen to hear what you think. You can comment via a dedicated digital engagement platform at https://letstalk.enfield.gov.uk/localplan until Monday 13th September.

The Enfield Local Plan: 2019-2039 will be the key planning policy document for the borough. Once adopted, it will contain policies that will be used in determining planning applications and will shape how Enfield will develop over the coming years.

The draft Local Plan covers a wide range of themes including housing, jobs, sustainability, economy, health, community infrastructure, green spaces, transport, town centres and more. It sets out how growth will be delivered in a sustainable manner that maintains and enhances the quality of the many distinctive places that make up the borough.
